Community development is about people. Your organization can do the most amazing work, but if people aren’t involved, it won’t be impactful. How do you make sure the community you serve is informed of and involved in your organization’s work? It all starts with outreach: letting neighborhood residents know who your organization is, and getting them to the table so you can find out who they are and what their needs and dreams are.
Leading this learning session is Ariel Diliberto who conducts programming and outreach for the Citizens Planning Institute (CPI) the education and outreach arm of the City of Philadelphia Planning Commission.
